What modules does ikyzen cover?
Ikyzen currently covers Clinical Trial and Post-Authorisation modules. Further modules coming soon include QPPV, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Food Supplements.
What activities do you cover within the Modules?
ikyzen captures expedited and periodic/aggregate reporting activities in each module. Supplementary requirements on QPPV, RMPs, PSMFs, etc. is also captured in Additional Information.
Do you provide Enterprise licensing?
You can access your countries of interest – whether that is within the Clinical Trial or the Post- Authorisation Module, or both. These will be switched on and available for the duration of your subscription.
Is the information kept updated at all times?
Countries in ikyzen are reviewed each month for changes (and updated if a change has occurred) and routinely refreshed every quarter (regardless of any changes).
How do I log into ikyzen?
Once you have signed up, you will be provided with the URL and your unique log in details for ikyzen. Log in via your desktop or laptop browser.
Is support included in the package?
Yes, admin support is included in all packages.
Do you have an enterprise level subscription available for larger organisations?
Yes, we can accommodate enterprise level subscriptions. Please contact one of the team at info@ikyzen.com for more information and to discuss your requirements.
How many countries does ikyzen support?
Ikyzen currently covers Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific countries. That is around 100 countries globally, and growing.
